Peaceful garden with direct beach access: Imagine stepping out of your modern, air-conditioned apartment onto your private balcony, greeted by the soothing sight of the picturesque garden. And just a few steps away, the golden sands of Gran Canaria's Las Burras Beach await, like a welcoming oasis in the desert of everyday life.
Unclear parking situation: The only minor hiccup during our stay was the confusion surrounding the parking. Paying every three hours can be a hassle, and finding a free spot was like searching for a rare artifact.

Perfect location, stunning beach views, comfortable and clean apartment, well-equipped kitchen, excellent showers, friendly and helpful staff.

Great location - right by the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Spacious and comfortable facilities - plenty of space for dining and relaxing. Regularly cleaned - cleaners came every day and changed towels.

I had a wonderful time at Las Barcas. The location was perfect, right by the beach. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with regular cleaning. The kitchen had everything I needed and the showers were excellent. I felt safe walking along the well-lit coast path at night. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the bus service was convenient for exploring other areas. I highly recommend this hotel.
